It is our intention to satisfy every customer and to provide personal service as if we were dealing face-to-face with every visitor to our on-line store. This is a small business that depends on reputation for its service, fair prices, and unique merchandise. We are just a phone call away if something is amiss and we pledge to “make it right”. We accept all major credit cards on-line. Personal checks must clear before merchandise will be shipped. We can also bill you through Pay Pal. We try to provide next business day shipping on all orders. Most orders will be shipped to U.S. residents by USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship by US Global Priority Mail, FEDEX, or UPS. For domestic orders there is a $ 8.00 non-refundable shipping charge for each pipe or other item ordered, with a maximum charge of $15.00. International orders will be charged actual shipping cost. We reserve the right to use UPS or FEDEX when appropriate but have found that Priority Mail usually works best for the customer. We are not professional photographers, but we the have the ability to take and email additional pipe pictures if a customer so requests. We attend most major pipe shows in the eastern half of the United States , and some west of the Mississippi . Please click on Our Schedule to view our attendance at upcoming shows. Please stop by our table for a chat if you attend a show. We often have new merchandise not displayed on the website. Our website is secure. We simply do not share personal information (not a part of the purchase process) with anyone, period. We purchase many of our estate pipes at pipe shows from private collectors and other dealers. We are also Interested in purchase of estates and collections. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse any items for purchase consideration. We do not maintain a large inventory so there are times when we are simply not interested in buying. We do not accept pipes in trade for items displayed on the website. Merchandise may be returned, “no questions asked”, for 15 days from our shipment date. Returns after that period are at our discretion only, and subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned merchandise must be in its original wrapping and be unused. Sorry, but we can’t let you try out how a pipe smokes. But ours all smoke good, anyhow! Please call or email us before returning merchandise. If a shipment you receive from us is damaged in transit please call or email for instructions.
